Along with our agency partners at Signature Communications, Redsqware has worked on Crozer-Keystone Health System specialties in many different capacities. We’ve provided Crozer with responsive web development, mobile marketing, campaign management, data analytics, technology consulting, compliance, and content management systems.
From Maternity and Emergency Services, to Orthopedics and Gastroenterology; we’ve helped Crozer and its satellite hospitals in numerous capacities. Care of any kind has become an increasingly competitive space to conduct business in, but we’ve been able to gather benchmarking data and business intelligence in some pretty novel ways. This is important, as the number of hospitals providing specialty care in the region is quite high. Redsqware also assisted the Crozer team and its agency partners with providing competitive analysis designed to aid in designing more effective campaign strategies.
In addition, Redsqware has assisted Crozer-Keystone Health System with employment marketing to both physicians and nurses, and developed original website properties, campaign landing pages for testing purposes, online lead generation – even tools used for online physician onboarding. By coordinating with individual product line managers, agency partners, co-op marketing partners, practice leads, and ONC-ACB service providers, we’ve been able to gather quantitative marketing data to improve content quality, and tested inbound lead generation strategies to optimize conversion rates. Using unique landing pages to measure the impact of each media channel – television, print, outdoor, online, PPC, and retargeting – we helped our agency partner determine which of the client’s buys was yielding the best results. The result was Crozer’s first agile campaign, which delivered unprecedented ROI and set the bar for each of the years that followed.
But our most fun project was working with Vince Papale on the CKHS Orthopedics partnership campaign. We created campaign destination pages, and fulfillment materials in support of a television campaign starring Philadelphia’s own Vince Papale – whose life story was featured in the movie “Invincible“, starring Mark Wahlberg.
