Working closely with Philadelphia marketing agency AgileCat and the customer’s marketing and IT teams, Redsqware developed this Bank Website CMS; an exciting, fully responsive new user experience in less than 5 weeks, including multiple testing cycles and SEO. The ambitious timeframe was due to the impending launch of a new advertising campaign. The Phase I goal was to unify offline marketing data, online advertising, customer relations management (CRM), and online banking efforts to be consistent with the client’s recently redesigned brand identity.
Using the client’s existing website content, the Redsqware team coded a custom CMS – with external tools bundled into the administration dashboard. The result is a seamless, elegant website controlled by powerful, purpose-built publishing tools on the back end. Other improvements for Phase I were the addition of an online account management widget, multiple varieties of custom posts, and financial calculators. All of these employed the same brand-compliant style sheets based on LESS and CSS3. The client wanted customers to be able to quickly complete online transactions, and easily find places to get cash; with a branch locator / ATM finder. All of these features made the new site significantly more convenient and gave existing users other reasons to visit.
