Orthopaedics is a competitive specialty, as it tends to be quite profitable. The Premier Orthopedics website was designed to establish a competitive presence for Delaware County’s largest Orthopedics provider. The Premier organization has done a lot of work in the healthcare category; most notably with Crozer-Keystone Health System. A successful campaign in 2014 caught the attention of Premier Orthopaedics, who then asked us to assist in practice marketing, campaign support, CRM, and the launch of their new website. Premier has now become Delaware County’s largest Ortho practice, and a co-op marketing partner of Crozer’s.
In support of an online, outdoor and broadcast campaign, Redsqware launched the new Premier Ortho website, based on the CMS platform. The site is a completely custom-built, fully responsive implementation that includes useful tools for patients, prospects, and physicians. Redsqware developed two unique tools as the centerpiece of the site – a database-driven Practice Finder and Physician Finder – that allow users to make the most of their visit. These geolocation search tools get prospective patients to the physician or specialist they need, as quickly as possible. The new website developed by Redsqware includes over 200 blog posts, support for existing backlinks and legacy content, full integration with the client’s Hubspot account, and pass-through to their secure EHR system. Inbound marketing efforts include email campaign conversion pages, and HTML5 web videos. The site makes use of free e-books as inbound marketing incentives for prospects to share their data.
Support for the client’s toll-free phone number came from agents at a local call management center. Agents enter encrypted call data using a back end forms system. The front end forms reside on secure pages controlled by the website CMS. We worked with the client to pre-script caller interactions in advance, so that call agents can use practice location during each call. This allows them to aid both prospects and current patients in finding a physician or therapist.
