Business Performance Dashboard

Redsqware helped the client to organize and compile a wealth of pre-existing information to develop these compelling web-based visualizations. Using hundreds of thousands of records from across the enterprise, we worked with the client to develop formulas with the goal of leveraging the maximum value from SCTE's data. Redsqware developed a microservices-based solution running on AWS capable of handling the substantial computation, rendering, and cacheing tasks required to provide results in real time. Hundreds of thousands of data points are used to create meaningful business insights. The result was a fully responsive suite of Business Performance dashboards that allow this non-profit's partners to identify top performing employees, teams, and specializations. Just as useful, it gives each member a way to way to steer their career path to better match the needs of employers and the industry as a whole.

The product creates further value for SCTE's partners by determining areas where specialized teams can improve their skills. By comparing each team to the median performance of similar teams in other enterprises, managers and executives can determine which skill sets to target for further career growth. The dashboard suite serves multiple functions for individuals, teams, and decision makers. It provides a method for comparing employee course performance, and depth of overall knowledge base to other organizations. Managers and individual employees can see how their certified skills, rate of engagement, and rate of certification are keeping pace with industry standards. Redsqware developed the algorithms and database integrations, as well as the high performance front end displays. Users can customize their interface to quickly display the most important data, and even change colors and fonts to their individual preferences.
